My codes say 'pending' in my account or I haven't received them

If you're awaiting verification, or we have a maintenance block out on the room, you will receive your codes once you are verified or the room block is lifted or has expired. 

Once your verification is confirmed, for example, your codes will appear in the booking details within minutes. You can always contact us to check if your ID verification has gone through successfully.


This also can happen when you book during the pre-launch phase of a site, but not to worry, we'll update you via SMS or email with new codes before your session.
