Sometimes attempting to make a booking while verifying your account can cause issues, please try the following:


1. Close all Pirate tabs you may have open in your browser.

2. Open a fresh Pirate webpage and sign in.

3. Click on the the 'my bookings' and then 'verification' tabs and follow the steps. 


If you are still having troubles check the following:

  • Ensure the camera is enabled on your browser from settings.
  • Use another device - often using a phone is smoother than a laptop.
  • It may be time for a spring clean - close your browser and clear the cache, history and cookies then open up the browser sign in and go to 'my bookings' then 'verification' and try again.
