It happens; our equipment needs care and repair sometimes. It's really simple to fix. All you need to do is hit us up on live chat, and we'll do our best to get you a replacement, diagnose the fault or borrow from another room.
Report an issue
- Contact us via Live Chat when there's an issue
- We will attempt to diagnose the fault first
- We will then get you a replacement if diagnosis fails
- Then please wrap or cover the unwell piece of gear with some broken tape*
- We will then pick it up in the morning
*Usually found on tape dispensers in the corridors, in the studios or in the spares cupboard.
Please note: It's very important — and a big part of the Pirate community — that if you have a broken or faulty item, it is taped and removed from the room so the next group do not suffer the same issue.
