How can I help keep myself and others safe?
You must adhere to government guidelines on physical distancing, staying two metres apart at all times. We'll be providing sanitation spray, paper towels and gloves at the studio, for use on-site (we know it may be tempting to take them with you, but removing these will result in a fine).
Before and after your session, please spray sanitiser onto the paper towel — and use it to wipe down any equipment or surfaces you come into contact with.
Of course, the best advice is to stay at home if you feel unwell.
What sort of cleaning are you doing?
Your safety and wellbeing is our highest priority, and we wouldn't do anything to put this at risk. Every studio will undergo a one-hour sanitation break between bookings. We are focused on making sure any ‘frequently touched surfaces’ are thoroughly cleaned.
These include, but aren't limited to:
Our equipment (including mic grilles)
Entry keypads (inside and out)
Toilets and other amenities
What times will the studios be open?
The open studios are open 24 hours a day
How many people are allowed in each studio?
We have introduced several measures to help keep you as safe as possible. This includes limiting the number of people who can be in a studio at once and placing clear markings on floors to help you know what a safe distance is.
In line with current government regulations on social distancing:
- Single use only in DJ Premium
- 2 customers in Pro DJ
- 2 customers in Production
- 3 customers in Classics
- 4 customers in Premiums and
- 5 customers in Pirate
These limits are in place until the government eases restrictions on meeting other people inside.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you've made a booking with us but have any symptoms (however mild), we'd ask that you please refrain from taking your booking.
If your booking is more than 12 hours away, you can easily cancel or move your booking in your account by going to 'My Bookings' and clicking on the relevant session.
If your booking is less than 12 hours away refunds are available or we can shift your booking to a later date — get in touch via Live Chat and we'll be happy to help.
