🎸 What's available
We currently have equipment hire in our Birmingham location only. You can hire or purchase everything from XLR cables, synthesisers, and headphones to amps, drumsticks, vintage-style guitars, strings, and pedals.
To hire or buy equipment in advance in Birmingham, ask the front desk staff during opening times — we don't currently offer online equipment reservation. Just remember to return it when your session finishes.
Note: studio credit currently can't be used to hire equipment.

🛠️ Issue with hired equipment during a live booking
If you have a live booking in Birmingham and have hired a piece of equipment from the Birmingham Shop (more info here) and it's giving you trouble, contact the Shop Manager at the front desk — they'll be able to fix the issue for you.
📧 Issue with equipment from a past session
No worries if you've encountered a problem after the fact — for example, you hired a guitar but the shop was closed during your session.
Email our Retail team at retail_birmingham1@pirate.com with your booking's email address and your rental code for the item(s) — it'll look like PIRATEXXXX. They'll look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
