Hi there. Unfortunately, Pirate Bahrenfeld and Tempelhof have been made insolvent and can no longer operate. This means we’re unable to provide the session you booked or allow any future bookings. I’m really sorry about the inconvenience this causes.
The financial executor in charge of the insolvency process will be in contact with you soon to discuss refunding the money for your session. There’s unfortunately nothing else we can do in this situation as the issue is now with the financial executor.
