How to request a refund on hired equipment? (Birmingham Shop)

If you have a live booking in Birmingham, you've also hired a piece of equipment from the Birmingham Shop (more information at this link) and you are experiencing issues with it, please contact the Shop Manager at the front desk and they will be able to fix the issue for you.

If you've encountered an issue with an item you hired on a past session in Birmingham, no worries! eg. you hired a guitar but the shop was closed during your session.

Please send our Retail team an email stating your booking's email address and your rental code for the rented item/s [it will look like PIRATEXXXX] on retail_birmingham1@pirate.com. They will look into it and get back as soon as possible.
