If the headphone output 2 is not working or the main output not working correctly.

Why?

Because there is a default setting on the interface and needs to be adjusted in MiniFuse Control Center:

1. Download MiniFuse Control center from here
2. Open MiniFuse Control Center then select the outputs tab at the top.
3. Once you’re in the outputs tab there should be 3 sections on the left: OUTPUT 1 & 2, OUTPUT 3 & 4, and LOOPBACK.
4. Click OUTPUT 3 & 4, you should have Analog 1, Analog 2, and USB 3-4 on the right side mixer.
5. Select the plus icon (+) on the right of the USB 3-4 level mixer, a new window to “ADD CHANNELS TO MIXER” should open.
6. Now click [1-2] in the COMPUTER SOURCES to add USB 1-2 (it should turn blue). Click outside the “ADD CHANNELS TO MIXER” to close it.
7. Then unmute the newly added USB 1-2 level mixer
8. Now you should now have audio coming out of both headphones!
