How the power schedule works, and what to check if you lose it
⏱ How power scheduling works
The power will automatically come on a few minutes prior to the start of your session and cut off after it has ended. If you have arrived at the studio and found no power, or it has cut off mid-way through your session, double-check the times of your booking in your confirmation email or your Pirate account.
⚠ Security-related cut-off
You may also experience a power-off if our Security team has spotted an issue with your studio. This usually comes with an informative SMS text.
