The power will automatically come on a few minutes prior to the start of your session and cut off after it has ended. If you have arrived at the studio and found no power or it has cut off mid-way through your session, then double-check the times of your booking in your confirmation email or your Pirate account. You may also experience a power-off if our Security team has spotted an issue with your studio - this usually comes with an informative SMS text.

If the booking looks correct and you still have no power or there is an error with the booking please contact us.
