The red timer light is flashing / The AC is not responding to the remote
Stick a pin into the 'timer reset' or "AC" pinhole at the bottom of the remote.
The remote is not responding
The batteries may have died. You should be able to switch the unit on at the wall. If this fails you can always reach the team via live chat at support.pirate.com.
The remote is missing
We don't offer extra remotes sadly. Please contact us and a member of the support team will help you out.
There is only a wall remote in my room and is locked.
Some locations have a centralised AC. They are all the ones with a fixed remote on the wall - Tottenham, Hackney, all German and most US locations. In these studios the temperature is centralised and gets set by an engineer at the start of the season to a generally adequate temperature. Sadly this setting cannot be changed. If you cannot go ahead with your session due to a temperature issue, please get in touch with us and we will try reschedule the remaining of it to another time.
