How do I replace missing or faulty equipment in my studio?

We carry limited spares on-site, in the event that something is missing or faulty in your room. We do not offer additional extras outside of what is listed within each single studio description (see book.pirate.com). Please ensure you bring any additional equipment you'll need outside of what is listed in your studio on our website.
If something is faulty or missing from the room, hit us up on any of the channels below, and we'll get you a code to grab a replacement. In the event that we do not have a suitable replacement, we'll do our best to move you to another studio. For security reasons, access to replacements is only available between the hours of 8 am -11 pm.


Please note: We do not carry any replacements for Recording and DJ Studios. Artists using DJ Studios should always bring their own headphones, microphones and XLR cables. Artists using Recording Studios are advised to bring their own USB-C / USB-A cables as we do not carry replacements.
