Got An Issue with Your Studio?
Our Artist Support team is available 24/7 to help you resolve it. Follow these two steps to get in touch:
- Step 1: If you can, try to take a photo or video of the issue you're experiencing on your phone.

Step 2: Open a chat on WhatsApp and make sure to start the conversation with a message, rather than a photo or video. Once you're connected, you can send a photo or video to our support team (this service works globally). Just click the link or add +447596187954 to your contacts.
If possible, try to do this within the first 20 minutes of your session so our team has enough time to help. - Alternatively, use live chat — click the chat widget in the bottom right-hand corner of this page to talk to someone from the team.
- If you'd like to make a complaint after your session, please contact support@pirate.com. Remember, we can only offer appropriate compensation if you contact us on chat at the time of the issue.
