What are the different types of Recording studios?

All our rooms are acoustically treated the same way — whether inside the booth or in the control room. We recommend a vocal booth if you are looking to capture high-quality vocals in a more enclosed space. If you are looking for complete sound isolation for your project, these won't be suitable.

RECORDING LITE

Recording Lite is our new studio for demo creation and songwriting. It features an audio interface, MIDI keyboard, microphone, headphones for the mic booth, and monitors. Bring your own laptop*, mouse and keyboard.

*Some locations, such as Tottenham studios 11, 12, 15 and 16 allow you to record on your phone without the need for a laptop. Look for the "Arturia Minifuse" interface.

RECORDING STANDARD

Writing studios for producers equipped with an audio interface, MIDI keyboard, condenser microphone, headphones, and monitors. Bring your own laptop, mouse and keyboard.

RECORDING PRO

This has the same equipment specs as our specialist production writing studios, but with a curtained vocal booth and some extra space for high-quality vocal capture. Bring your own laptop, mouse and keyboard.

RECORDING PRO+

Great for longer working sessions, these studios feature upgraded monitors and 34” ultra-wide LCD screens for production. You'll also enjoy an industry-standard audio interface, MIDI keyboard, microphone, and headphones. Bring your own laptop, mouse and keyboard.
