Every studio has got a lighting switch in a form of a button on the wall, next to the inner side of the door or an LED colour wheel panel. In a DJ room, this panel can be found on the DJ booth itself, above the CDJs and mixer. These switches turn on the main room lights - there are some other lights (eg. backdrop lights) which are not user controllable and they turn on automatically with the main light.
How do I turn on the LED colour wheel lighting for the main lights?
- When the light is off, a blue light will be on above the power button on the control panel.
- Turn on the lighting by touching the POWER button in the centre of the control panel (A).
- Change colour by sliding your finger around the colour wheel (B).
- Add white light by touching W (C).
How do I use multicolour effects?
For different automatic multicolour effects, simply press MODE repeatedly to cycle through the options.
How do I change the brightness of the main lights?
To increase the brightness of light, simply press and hold B and SPD+ (E). To decrease the brightness of light, simply press and hold B and SPD- (E)
Can I change intensity or colour of any secondary lights in the room?
Sadly that's not possible. Any backdrop lighting or lights that won't turn on using the LED colour light switch, are not user controllable. These are lights which may only turn on automatically with the main lights, once there is power in a room.
