Pirate Points: Our Loyalty Program

Pirate Studios offers a loyalty program where you can earn points and unlock rewards just by using our services. Here's a simple breakdown of how to start collecting points and enjoy the benefits. Please note this program is currently only available in the UK.
⭐ How to earn points
- 1 point per £1 spent: For every £1 you spend at Pirate Studios (excluding credit and discounts), you'll receive 1 point. Points are added to your account within 30 minutes after your session ends.
- Referring friends: When you refer a friend, not only do you get credit, but you'll also earn 10 points once your friend finishes their first session.
- Opt-in to marketing: Keep up with our latest offers and events by opting into marketing emails. For every checkbox you tick in your account settings, you'll earn 5 points.
- View the dashboard: Earn an easy 5 points just by viewing your loyalty dashboard.
- More ways to earn: Stay subscribed to our email marketing, as more opportunities to earn points will be coming your way — keep an eye on your inbox for promotions and updates!
🎁 How to use your points
You can keep track of your points as they grow by visiting your account page. Every time you earn points, they'll automatically appear there.
- Log in to your Pirate account: see how many Pirate Points you've earned, and what you can spend them on.
- Unlock rewards: once you've collected 50 points, you can redeem them for your first reward — or save them for bigger rewards down the line.
- Scaling rewards: the more points you collect, the more valuable the rewards. Keep booking sessions, referring friends, and engaging with Pirate Studios to maximise your benefits!
⏳ Expiry
Loyalty points (Pirate Points) expire after 12 months of earning them. We send an email before expiry to give you a heads up.
