When you get them, and how to read them
🔑 How your codes work
- Once your session is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. 4 hours before your session starts, you'll get a reminder email with your access codes. They'll also be displayed in the My Bookings section of your Pirate account.
- Codes are specific to the year, month, day, and time of your session.
- Watch out for the [ * ] — if it's present, you must enter it before the six-digit number.
- Sometimes you'll receive a four-digit code instead — these don't need a *.
