When you book a session at Pirate, you’ll be provided with two codes – one to access the building, and another to access your studio. This video also shows you how to key in the code.
DOOR CODE NOT WORKING?
Sometimes your code might not work (don't worry, this is very rare). Try the following instead:
- Remember: * first for a 6 digit code. No * for a 4 digit code
- Give the handle a proper shake
- Hold the handle upright then, while holding it, quickly key in the code (do not hold press keys). You will only hear 1 beep per digit.
- Once it flashes blue, pull down the handle firmly and push the door strongly.
