Reporting Faulty or Missing Equipment
What to do, step by step
Our Site Managers do their best to make sure any faulty or broken equipment is replaced, but sometimes faults are missed, or things are broken by the person using the room before you.
We carry limited spares on-site, only for Rehearsal rooms, in case something is missing or faulty. We don't offer additional extras outside of what's listed in each studio's description on book.pirate.com, so please bring any extra equipment you'll need beyond what's listed for your studio.
⚠️ DJ Studios — no spares available
We don't carry any replacements for DJ Studios. Artists using DJ Studios should always bring their own headphones, microphones, and XLR cables.

2️⃣ Send a photo or video
We'll be able to help you a lot faster if you share a picture or video of the issue.
3️⃣ We'll help you fix it
Our Artist Support Team will talk you through how to fix the issue, and get you a code to grab a replacement where available. If there's no suitable replacement, they'll do their best to move you to another studio. We'll always help you recover or compensate any (and only) time spent troubleshooting together on WhatsApp or live chat.
