Can I get an invoice for my booking?


For the UK, IRE and USA, your booking confirmation email is also your invoice; it contains all the information needed including a VAT breakdown.

 

Payment receipt

If you need a receipt of payment that shows the amount and card used, please email support@pirate.com

 

Gift voucher receipt/invoice

We don't charge VAT for gift voucher purchases, so we cannot generate an invoice for this. We can only provide a payment receipt as above.

 

Booking invoice

If you need an official invoice, you can now generate these through your Pirate account!

Head to 'My Bookings', then click on the booking you want an invoice for, and select 'Invoice' on the orange section next to 'Reschedule' and 'Cancel'. You can then fill out your billing address, and once done, hit 'Generate Invoice'.
