How and when studio credit expires
⏳ When Credit Expires
We automatically expire credit for all accounts which have been deleted or banned, and every user account over 90 days old, unless:
- You've placed a booking in the last 90 days
- You've cancelled a booking in the last 90 days
- You've referred someone in the last 90 days
- You received referral credit in the last 90 days
- You're an ambassador
🎟️ Voucher Credit
Voucher credit in the US and EU never expires. In the UK, it expires after 5 years.
