Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are temporarily unavailable — check back soon! Gift cards are usually available in a range of values throughout the year. Once available again, you'll be able to purchase UK or US vouchers here, redeemable as studio credit on any Pirate account, with a code sent digitally via email to the purchaser.

UK

PIRATE.COM UK gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and can't be redeemed after that. Once redeemed, credit expires after 5 years.

USA

US gift vouchers have no expiry date. Gift vouchers are not refundable or transferable for cash.

Germany

There is no expiry date for gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are not refundable or transferable for cash.

Ireland

Gift vouchers will expire after 5 years. Gift vouchers are not refundable or transferable for cash.

⏳ Credit expiry

We automatically expire credit (except voucher credit) for all accounts which have been deleted or banned, and every user account over 90 days old, unless:

• You've placed a booking in the last 90 days
• You've cancelled a booking in the last 90 days
• You've referred someone in the last 90 days
• You received referral credit in the last 90 days
• You're an ambassador

🎁 To redeem your gift card

• Once purchased, you'll be sent an email containing a gift voucher code.
• To redeem a gift card as studio credit, sign in to your account, go to the My Account section, and enter the code where prompted.

Haven't received your gift voucher email?

• Please allow up to 24 hours after purchase to receive your voucher.
• The email may be stuck in your spam folder, so please check there.
