How do I use a promo/discount code?
Promotional/discount codes can be redeemed against a booking on the check out page when completing the booking. Make sure to enter the code exactly as it appears and that the booking meets the promotional requirements.
- Enter the code in the box and click 'Apply' - once applied you will see a green message to confirm the successful discount.
- If you see a red error message when redeeming a code despite meeting the promotion criteria please reach out to our support team for assistance.
- If the code is a name followed by 4 numbers this is a Refer-a-friend code - please see section below to redeem this type of code.
Refer-a-friend code for new customers
If you are a new customer and have been given a sign-up or referral code then this will need to be entered on the sign-up form only (see below).
